Yes, you can alter the size of the ring. In doing so, if there is an increase in the weight or addition of diamonds, it will be chargeable and if there is a decrease in the same, we will refund the calculated amount. All shipping in this scenario (to and from) will have to be borne by the customer.
If the pendant is pictured with a chain, yes it comes as a set. If not, they will have to be bought separately.

We are happy to assist you with any kind of manufacturing issues from our end by repairing it for free and will pay for shipping in this scenario. In case the product is damaged by you, we’ll take a look at the product and try to repair it for minimal cost and the shipping will be borne by you in this case. Exchange or return the purchased item along with its original certificate. The current market value of the exchanged item and after assessing the weight and deducting the making charges, value of the stone / diamond / crystal and discounts (if applicable), will be transferred to your account or a purchase can made for the final exchange value. A processing fee of INR 500 will be charged.
If you have bought at 0% making charges, at less than our current making charges or at discounted making charges, when you exchange the product, we will deduct notional making charges.
